Blueberry Kiwi Smoothie (2 Servings)

Ingredients

  • 1 kiwi
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 Tablespoon Flaxseed (or flax meal)
  • 1 Tablespoon chia (save a bit to sprinkle on top)
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Blend it all up for some yummy vitamin goodness!
